Summary
This study aims to see if virtual reality exercises are better than traditional motor control training for helping young adults with forward head posture. Participants will try different exercise programs to improve their neck's sense of position, reduce pain, and improve function. The goal is to find the most effective way to ease symptoms and correct poor posture caused by long periods of sitting or static work.
