Summary
This study compares two treatments for social anxiety in 56 teens and young adults: virtual reality exposure therapy (using a headset) versus the medication sertraline. The goal is to see which approach better reduces anxiety and improves daily life. Participants will be randomly assigned to one treatment group and monitored for changes in symptoms.
