Summary
This study tested whether virtual reality (VR) or computer-based training helps nursing students learn heart monitoring (ECG) better than traditional lab practice. 90 first-year nursing students took part. They attended a lecture, then were randomly assigned to VR, computer, or traditional training for 90 minutes. Their knowledge, practical skills, and motivation were tested before and one week after training.
