Summary

This study looked at whether virtual reality (VR) or computer-based simulation is better for teaching nursing students how to read and perform electrocardiograms (ECGs). 90 first-year nursing students were split into three groups: VR, computer simulation, or traditional lab practice. Their knowledge, practical skills, and motivation were tested before and one week after the training to see which method worked best.
