NCT ID NCT07558551
First seen May 17, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study compares teaching wrist anatomy using PlayStation VR2 virtual reality versus standard lectures and models. Eighty first-year medical students will be randomly assigned to either a 30-minute VR lesson or a traditional class. Researchers will test their knowledge right after and again 2-4 weeks later, and also measure satisfaction and any side effects like dizziness. The goal is to see if immersive VR is a good or even better way to learn anatomy.
