Summary

This study tests whether combining treadmill exercise with virtual reality games can improve movement, thinking, and quality of life in adults up to age 75. Participants will do 10 sessions over 5 weeks, and researchers will measure balance, memory, and blood markers of inflammation. The goal is to find a fun, effective way to reduce fall risk and promote healthy aging.
