Virtual reality used to explore the minds of young people
NCT ID NCT05899257
Summary
This study is testing a new virtual reality (VR) tool designed to help young adults explore and understand their own thoughts, feelings, and self-image. Researchers want to see if a brief, three-session VR training can improve self-awareness and clarity about one's identity. The study is recruiting 55 healthy volunteers aged 18-29 to try the VR experience and complete questionnaires about their self-perception.
