Gaming your way to shoulder recovery? VR trial aims to ease pain

Summary
This study is testing whether adding virtual reality (VR) exercises to standard physical therapy helps people with rotator cuff injuries. 60 participants will either do standard therapy or standard therapy plus VR tasks that mimic daily activities like cooking or cleaning. The goal is to see if the VR group experiences less pain, better shoulder function, and less fear of movement after 6 weeks of treatment.
