First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) training helps orthopedic residents place screws in the pelvic bone more accurately than standard training. Twenty residents will practice on a bone model after both VR and standard sessions, and experts will rate their performance. The goal is to see if VR reduces procedure time and X-ray use, and if trainees prefer it.
