This study looked at whether virtual reality (VR) training can improve balance and lower the chance of falling in people with mild-to-moderate COPD. Fifty adults aged 40 to 65 took part. Researchers measured balance, walking ability, and lung function to see if VR could be a good alternative to standard physical therapy.
