Summary

This study tested whether a virtual reality (VR) exercise program could help people who get sick from using VR. Researchers worked with 46 young adults, half of whom experienced VR-induced nausea and dizziness. The treatment group used a VR headset twice a week for a month, watching progressively challenging travel videos to build tolerance.
