Summary

This study is testing whether virtual reality (VR) exercises can help people with dizziness and balance problems caused by a weak inner ear. Researchers will compare standard balance exercises to VR-based exercises and a combination of both. The goal is to see which approach best reduces symptoms like dizziness, nausea, and fatigue over an 8-week period.
