Virtual reality goggles aim to help seniors regain balance and confidence
NCT ID NCT06884735
Summary
This study is testing whether virtual reality (VR) therapy can help older adults who have balance problems and a strong fear of falling. Participants will use VR to practice being in challenging situations, like standing on a high platform, in a safe environment. Researchers will measure changes in their balance and fear levels before and after the VR sessions.
