Summary

This study is testing whether watching special digital stories through virtual reality (VR) goggles can help first-time pregnant women. It aims to reduce their fear of childbirth, help them feel more confident about labor, and strengthen their emotional bond with their baby before birth. The researchers will compare the VR experience to standard prenatal care.
