Scientists put a classic fitness test in a VR headset
NCT ID NCT07362368
Summary
This study aims to see if a virtual reality (VR) version of a common physical test is a good way to measure leg strength and mobility. Researchers will have 60 healthy young adults perform a standard 'sit-to-stand' test and a new VR version of it to compare the results. The goal is to understand if VR can provide a more consistent and engaging way to assess physical function.
