First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding virtual reality (VR) to standard pain education and core exercises can reduce pain, fear of movement, and disability in people with chronic low back pain. About 60 adults aged 18-65 with nonspecific low back pain lasting at least 3 months will participate. The goal is to see if VR makes learning about pain more engaging and effective, helping people regain function and confidence.
