NCT ID NCT07447310
First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tested whether watching a 360-degree virtual reality (VR) nature video for just 15 minutes could help medical students feel less stressed, anxious, or depressed. 82 students from a Malaysian university watched either a familiar local nature scene or a novel overseas scene. The goal was to see if a quick VR break could offer relaxation benefits similar to spending time outdoors, and whether the type of scenery matters.
