Taiwan study: VR nature boosts elderly mood & mind
NCT ID NCT05803460
Summary
This study tested whether a short, 20-minute virtual reality experience of a natural environment could improve attention and mood in older adults. Researchers compared the effects of VR nature to walking in a real park or an urban area. The goal was to see if easy-to-access virtual nature could offer similar mental health benefits for seniors.
