First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 06, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) mindfulness can improve mental health in people caring for a family member with a psychiatric condition. 46 caregivers will be split into two groups: one uses VR for mindfulness, the other listens to audio only. Researchers will measure stress, anxiety, and mood before and after four weekly sessions to see which approach works better.
