Summary
This study looks at whether virtual reality (VR) mindfulness can improve mental health in people caring for someone with a psychiatric condition. 46 caregivers will take part in four weekly mindfulness sessions, either using VR or just audio. Researchers will measure stress, anxiety, depression, and well-being before and after the sessions to see which approach works better.
