Summary
This study is testing whether a 15-minute guided meditation in virtual reality can help reduce pain and anxiety in hospitalized patients. 38 participants with significant pain will try an AI-powered meditation in a nature scene. The main goal is to see if this approach works and is acceptable to patients, helping researchers improve future digital therapy tools.
