VR headset aims to ease dry, irritated eyes with light therapy

NCT ID NCT07415330

Summary

This study is testing a new virtual reality (VR) device that uses gentle light pulses to try to improve tear production and relieve dry eye symptoms. Researchers will compare the real device to a dummy version that looks the same but doesn't work fully. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and helps people with dry eyes feel better and have more stable tears.
