Summary
This study is creating a virtual reality (VR) learning program to teach nursing students how to care for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. Researchers will test whether the VR program improves students' caring behaviors and empathy compared to standard training. About 130 nursing students with at least 80 hours of practice experience are taking part, and the study will look at both short-term and long-term effects.
