Summary

This study tests whether a single guided meditation session in virtual reality can lower pain and anxiety in hospitalized adults. About 38 participants with at least moderate pain will try the VR meditation and report their symptoms before and after. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and well-liked, and to guide future development of an AI-powered VR therapist.
