VR games turn Kids' dental fears into fun
NCT ID NCT07167394
Summary
This study is testing whether playing a special virtual reality game during a dental visit can help children feel less anxious and experience less pain. Researchers will compare the VR game to the dentist's usual calming method of explaining, showing, and then doing the procedure. The study involves 88 children aged 6-10 who are visiting the dentist for the first time to get a filling.
