Summary
This study is testing if a virtual reality (VR) game-based exercise program can help boys with hemophilia A. The goal is to make physical therapy more enjoyable and motivating, which could lead to better joint health, less pain, and improved ability to do daily activities. Researchers will compare the VR program to traditional rehab methods in 20 children.
