Summary
This study tests whether a virtual reality (VR) app can help people aged 16 and older quit vaping nicotine. Participants will receive 12 weeks of counseling and either a real or sham VR app to practice coping skills at home. The goal is to see if the VR app increases practice time and helps reduce cravings and withdrawal.
