Summary
This study is testing whether a virtual reality exercise program can help young adults with tight hamstring muscles. Researchers will compare the VR program to standard care to see if it improves leg flexibility, muscle strength, and walking patterns. The goal is to find a more engaging way to ease the discomfort and movement problems caused by tight hamstrings.
