Gaming your way to less shoulder pain? VR trial seeks answers
NCT ID NCT07390227
Summary
This study is testing whether a virtual reality (VR) exercise program used at home is a practical and acceptable way to help people with shoulder pain lasting more than 3 months. Thirty participants with conditions like rotator cuff pain or frozen shoulder will use a VR headset daily for 6 weeks to do guided exercises. The main goal is to see if people can and will use the VR system regularly and if it shows early signs of reducing pain and improving movement.
