Summary

This study tested whether a virtual reality program could help people with schizophrenia improve their social skills and daily functioning. 37 clinically stable participants completed 12 weekly VR sessions featuring realistic social situations. Researchers measured whether this immersive practice led to better social engagement and reduced isolation compared to standard follow-up care.
