Summary

This study tests whether watching a virtual reality (VR) education program before surgery can lower anxiety and pain in adults getting hip or knee replacement. About 200 participants will either use VR or watch a standard video. Researchers will measure anxiety, pain, and heart rate before and after surgery to see if VR helps people feel calmer.
