Summary
This study looks at whether adding virtual reality (VR) to usual pain treatment helps older adults (65+) with sudden muscle or bone pain in the emergency room. About 180 participants will either get standard care alone or standard care plus a VR experience designed for seniors. The goal is to see if VR can lower pain, anxiety, and stress during their ER visit.
