Summary

This study tests whether using a virtual reality relaxation session right after a night shift can improve sleep quality for healthcare workers. Forty nurses and nursing assistants will try VR-guided relaxation and compare their sleep to nights without it. The goal is to reduce anxiety and help them unwind, leading to better rest.
