VR headsets prescribed for exhausted night nurses

NCT ID NCT07395323

Summary

This study is testing whether using a virtual reality app for guided relaxation can help improve sleep for nurses and nursing assistants who work night shifts. It will involve 40 healthcare workers who will try the VR sessions right after their shifts to see if it reduces anxiety and helps them recover. The goal is to find a non-drug way to address the poor sleep common in this demanding profession.
