Virtual reality aims to speed up Post-C-Section healing

NCT ID NCT07237776

Summary

This study tested whether using virtual reality (VR) during a cesarean section could help women recover their abdominal muscle strength afterward. Researchers enrolled 80 women who had just given birth via C-section. They measured if the relaxing, immersive VR experience led to better muscle recovery compared to standard care.
