Summary
This study tests whether adding virtual reality (VR) to standard education and exercises can help people with long-term low back pain. Researchers will enroll 60 adults aged 18-65 who have had nonspecific low back pain for at least 3 months. Participants will receive either VR-assisted pain education plus core exercises or standard education plus exercises, and the study will measure changes in pain, fear of movement, and daily function.
