Step into the future: VR goggles aim to prevent diabetic foot problems

NCT ID NCT07473050

Summary

This study is testing a virtual reality (VR) training program designed to help people with type 2 diabetes take better care of their feet. 70 participants will be randomly assigned to either use the VR program and receive weekly reminders, or to receive standard care. The goal is to see if the VR program improves people's knowledge, confidence, and actions regarding foot care, which could help prevent serious complications like ulcers.
