Summary

This study looks at whether using virtual reality (VR) headsets can help people with long-term shoulder pain stick to their exercise routines. Twenty adults with chronic shoulder disorders will try three VR exercise sessions over three weeks. Researchers will measure pain, movement, and quality of life, and interview participants to see if this approach is practical and acceptable.
