Summary

This study tests whether doing exercises in virtual reality can reduce lumbopelvic pain in women after childbirth. Thirty-four postpartum women will be randomly assigned to either a standard exercise program or a VR-based exercise program using a Meta Quest 2 headset. The main goal is to see if VR makes exercise more effective or enjoyable for pain relief.

What this could lead to

If it works, this could offer a new, engaging way for new mothers to ease back and pelvic pain after childbirth.
