Summary
This study tests whether using virtual reality (VR) for exercise can help older adults stay active during hospital stays. Researchers want to see if VR exercise is practical and helps patients maintain their physical strength and mental well-being while hospitalized. The study will involve 140 participants aged 60+ who are approved by their nurses to participate.
