Gaming your way to less shoulder pain?
NCT ID NCT07392762
Summary
This study is checking if using virtual reality (VR) headsets can make physiotherapy exercises for long-term shoulder pain more enjoyable and easier to stick with. Twenty patients will try three VR exercise sessions over three weeks. Researchers will see if the approach is practical and acceptable, and will measure changes in pain and quality of life to decide if a larger trial is worthwhile.
