Summary
This study looks at whether the way older adults focus their attention during virtual reality exercise affects their back pain, balance, and frailty. Forty people aged 65 and older with chronic low back pain will do the same VR exercise program but receive different instructions on where to focus. The goal is to see which focus strategy works better for improving strength and reducing fall risk.
