Summary

This study aims to understand how adding virtual reality to workouts affects people's bodies and minds. Researchers will compare traditional exercise with VR-enhanced sessions in 45 healthy adults, measuring heart rate, blood pressure, and feelings of effort. The goal is to learn whether VR can make exercise feel less tiring while providing the same physical benefits.
