First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) can improve how parents of premature babies learn to care for them in the NICU. About 60 parents will be randomly assigned to either standard education or VR-enhanced sessions that show NICU procedures. Researchers will measure parents' caregiving skills, confidence, and how well they tolerate VR.
