First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This pilot study tests whether adding virtual reality (VR) to stationary cycling is practical for older adults (65+) in a short-term rehab facility. The goal is to see if VR helps them exercise more often and with more enjoyment. Twenty participants will try VR cycling three times a week for up to four weeks, alongside their usual rehab. Results will guide a larger future study.
