Doctors try VR goggles for colon cancer screening
NCT ID NCT07220174
Summary
This small pilot study aims to test whether a virtual reality headset is safe and easy for doctors to use during routine colonoscopies. The headset shows the same video feed as the standard monitor, allowing doctors to adjust the screen's size and position. Researchers will observe 15 patients and their doctors to see if the VR system causes any problems or interruptions during the procedure.
