Scientists test VR worlds to melt away stress
NCT ID NCT07191288
Summary
This study is testing whether a virtual reality (VR) experience that guides slow breathing can reduce stress more effectively than slow breathing alone. Researchers will enroll 120 healthy adults aged 18-35 who report feeling stressed. They will measure stress levels using questionnaires and body sensors to see which combination of VR and breathing works best.
