First seen Apr 01, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding virtual reality (VR) exercises to standard balance training helps people with vestibular migraine, a condition causing dizziness and balance problems. Forty adults were split into two groups: one did only home exercises, the other added VR sessions. After four weeks, researchers measured balance, dizziness, and quality of life to see if VR provided extra benefits.
