Virtual reality headsets tested as new therapy for autism in kids
NCT ID NCT06453629
Summary
This study is testing whether a Virtual Reality (VR) program can help improve social skills and communication in children with autism. 100 children aged 5-18 will use the VR system twice a week for 12 weeks. Researchers will compare the active VR program to a control VR experience to see if it helps reduce autism symptoms and improve daily living skills.
