Summary

This study tests whether adding virtual reality exercises to standard physical therapy helps people recover better after lumbar disc surgery. Researchers will compare pain, mobility, and anxiety in 46 adults who do either standard therapy or standard therapy plus VR. The goal is to see if VR can make early recovery less painful and more effective.
