New scaffold aims to stop leakage after prostate surgery

Summary
This study tests a special scaffold placed during prostate removal surgery to help men who leak urine afterward. About 266 men will get either the scaffold or standard care. The goal is to see if the scaffold helps them stay dry and improves quality of life.
